Ahmed holds a deep understanding of the local real estate market, having worked with notable firms such as H&H Development. His experience spans the residential and commercial sectors, and he has managed sales in both the primary and secondary markets.
Real estate forms a significant part of Ahmed’s sales career. He started out in the oil & gas industry, transitioning after 9 successful years to seek out new challenges and opportunities. At a time when Dubai’s property market was gradually gaining momentum, he established his credentials by successfully executing a series of primary transactions that gave him tremendous insight into the investor mindset.
Over a period of more than 10 years, Ahmed has worked with leading brokerages and has greatly diversified his skillset. His clientele has ranged from HNWI and UHNWI buyers to corporate investors and family offices, providing excellent opportunities to hone his sales and negotiation strategies. He has also been involved in asset and wealth management, working alongside leading investment banks and helping clients to effectively manage their real estate portfolios to optimise ROI.
In his most recent role as Head of Sales at H&H, Ahmed was able to fully immerse himself in the super prime segment of the market. He has been involved in the launch and marketing strategies of Dubai’s most exclusive residential projects, has managed and grown a sales team specialising in boutique luxury residences, and has greatly expanded his professional network both locally and internationally.
