She has an innate understanding of Dubai’s evolving property landscape, having lived in the city since eight years old and bearing witness to its rapid ascention to a globally competitive prime residential market.

Supported by a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Montreal, specialising in marketing and finance, Delaram’s career in real estate was a natural transition, shaped by a mix of business development and e-commerce entrepreneurship. This foundation gave her a unique insight into the complexities of high-value sales, informing the way she works today: transparent and focused on long-term value. 

A dealmaker with a high success rate, Delaram transacted on several residential villas, plots and off-market commercial deals for developers in Al Furjan. She connects effortlessly with an international client base, aided by her fluency in Farsi, French, Arabic and English and a rare combination of intellect, expertise and emotional intelligence.
