Filippo Tavernaro

A longstanding member of Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty since 2014, Filippo is one of the most trusted and experienced names in the city’s prime residential sector. Operating in traditional strongholds such as the Palm Jumeirah, JBR, and Dubai Marina, he covers both secondary and off-plan markets, with a particular focus on exclusive beachfront residential assets.

After shifting paths from a career in construction and development, Filippo expanded his reach into real estate, guided by a vision to be best in class, building a reputation rooted in spectacular results and profound discretion. Clients respect and trust his longevity in the industry, as well as his calm demeanour and exemplary service – valuable attributes that serve him well when working with an impressive roster of wealthy clients and UHNW families.

Filippo’s approach is entirely client-focused, with an advisory service model that allows him to deliver property solutions in line with his clients’ financial goals and ambitions. He is fully invested in long-lasting relationships, staying closely involved well beyond the buying/selling process. His commitment to post-sale service has earned him a devoted, referral-led client base over the years.

In 2025 alone, Filippo transacted the resale of a fully customised AED 161 million villa on Palm Jumeirah, which remains the highest-ever secondary transaction on the island to date. Other notable deals include a five-bedroom penthouse in Azora Bay and multiple high-value transactions, reflecting both his reach and long-term impact.

Raised in northern Italy in a family of builders, Filippo’s love for real estate runs blood-deep. He worked as a project supervisor before he opened a small real estate company with his father and transitioned into property sales. His early exposure to site work and material detail still shapes the way he evaluates homes today.

Happily married and a proud father of four children, much of Filippo’s time outside real estate is centred around family life and travel.
