An Associate Director at Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, Imrann is a veritable asset to his global clientele and the firm, bringing to his current role over 17 years of local and international experience in the real estate industry. With a client base including domestic and foreign HNWs, he is able to meet a broad spectrum of real estate ambitions and exigent expectations, constantly adapting as circumstances change. Imrann acts on all major property matters, including sales, resales and purchases of high-value residential property – both primary and secondary – in gated communities such as Meydan, where he has been actively involved since 2013.
Known for his entrepreneurial drive and people-first approach, he is recognised for both his financial acumen and for providing clients with holistic advice. His role is trifold – offering end-to-end advisory services, facilitating transactions and assisting with post-sale support for end-users. His career is marked by consistency – both across high-value sales he closed as well as multiple industry accolades he scored for eight consecutive years as “ Top Property Advisor”
Before transitioning to real estate, Imrann started his career in the banking sector and spent several years working in Citibank and RAKBANK, across retail and mortgage lending. This financial background shaped the way he approaches work today – methodical, analytical, always presenting clients with propositions grounded in ‘active wealth creation’ and treating every transaction as a partnership where all parties can realise their ambitions.
