Having specialised exclusively in Emirates Hills for over 11 years, he is widely recognised as ‘the go-to person’ in the community and realised over 100 villa transactions – the highest number by any agent so far – including multiple sales exceeding AED 100 million each.
In 2025 alone, Leigh played the leading role in one of Dubai’s most impressive real estate landmark transactions – the resale of a bespoke Palm Jumeirah villa at AED 161 million, the most expensive secondary market sale on the island. Remarkably, in 2024, he was credited with transacting deals to the value of AED 1.02 billion, including AED 458 million in Emirates Hills, where he closed on one of the area’s largest villas, spanning 80,000 sq ft. Equally impressive was Leigh’s performance in 2023, which saw him realise the sale of over 100 villas, with values of AED 90 million, AED 65 million, and AED 75 million, respectively.
Having recently been featured in Arabian Business’s list of "Real Estate Legends" further bears testimony to Leigh’s impact as a leading figure in Dubai’s ultra-prime property market.
