Over the past six years, Liam has been specialising exclusively in villa communities across Palm Jumeirah’s most coveted fronds, touching on prime and super prime homes in Dubai’s most sought-after postcode. He is involved with the acquisition of mansions, townhouses and investment properties on The Palm, as well as negotiation and portfolio management. Receptive to the diversity of client needs, Liam is able to fully convey the multiple layers of the industry, providing appropriate advice to balance risk and return, and crafting plans that deliver results.

Originally from Scotland, Liam holds a degree in Accountancy, Finance and Law, bringing a precise data-informed perspective to his work, understanding the nuances of both client motivation and market movement. Liam’s broad outlook allows him to offer property solutions that align with the financial goals of UHNW individuals, mapping a clear route to market for all concerned parties.
