Born and raised in Dubai, Louis draws on a rare mix of local insight, international reach, and deep-rooted networks to advise at the highest level. With an eclectic track record of high-value sales – he played a principal role in securing major off-plan and secondary transactions across Dubai – Louis remains the sole point of contact to members of royal families, government entities, private banking firms, and UHNW individuals. His advisory spans the acquisition, development and disposal of super prime residential assets, and he is known for his astuteness, data-driven mindset and long-view approach to client representation.

Louis began his real estate career at just 19, making him the youngest member of Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty at the time.
