Makhabat Kassenova

Makhabat Kassenova is a Director at Dubai’s Sotheby’s International Realty. Makhabat has been advising Russian-speaking high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in the UAE for over a decade, having been recruited from Kazakhstan’s Central Bank in 2010 for a finance director role in Dubai.  Makhabat comes to the property industry armed with strong financial and business credentials, having recently pivoted from a CFO-type role.

Makhabat’s network in the Dubai real estate ecosystem combined with her top-tier finance skillset – and her access to luxury properties exclusively available to Dubai’s Sotheby’s International Realty – make her the professional that any prospective buyer would want by their side.

With both a BA and an MBA from one of the best economic universities in the former Soviet Union, Makhabat’s vibrant personality and energetic and outgoing communication style (in multiple languages) means that her capabilities are not exclusively relevant to Russian speakers, but more broadly relevant to any buyer seriously considering prestige real estate in Dubai.
