An Associate Director with Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, Peter built a reputation as a go-to operator at the top-end of Dubai’s real estate market. He brings a wealth of sector-specific expertise to his current role, dealing across the city’s golden postcodes such as Palm Jumeirah, Al Barari and Dubai Hills Estate. His core focus and niche are centred in Emirates Hills, where he remains one of the best-known and most experienced private advisors. Peter’s longstanding presence in the area – over five years – has seen him involved in many of the neighbourhood’s highest-value transactions that often surpassed the AED 100 million threshold.

Sought-after for his depth and breadth of knowledge in super-prime properties, Peter counts international high-net-worth individuals and many household names among his client base.

Prior to joining Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, Peter served as Managing Director of a boutique luxury firm, where he oversaw the agency’s growth from relative obscurity to resounding success. His earlier tenure at a leading property portal saw him design and deliver training solutions to more than 500 private real estate companies across the UAE, a role that positioned him as one of the industry’s most respected figures.

With an MBA from the Welch Management School – graduating in the top 10% of his class – he brings a full spectrum view to each portfolio, from asset protection and market timing to long-term positioning.

Beyond the property sphere, Peter loves skiing and is involved in charity endurance rallies, most notably the Mongol Rally and the Rickshaw Run, both of which he has completed. He credits his endurance to these experiences, which instilled in him a sense of resilience and profound commitment to seeing things through.
