The deal set a new precedent for the capital’s prime residential market and positioned Sami as a gatekeeper to the region’s most consequential residential assets.

Beyond record-setting transactions, Sami has been a key participant in deals totalling several billion dirhams in value, including large-scale development plots, off-market trophy properties, and branded residential portfolios. His advisory footprint is centred in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with selective cross-border mandates involving a loyal client following, from private equity executives to global investors and entrepreneurs.
