Associate Director
As an Associate Director at Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, Younes has been at the helm of several significantly high-value transactions across Dubai’s most prime neighbourhoods, providing an international and domestic client base with an end-to-end service for buying and selling luxury properties. Younes brings to his current role a wealth of experience that spans more than 21 years in Dubai’s real estate industry, having worked with predominantly HNW and UHNW families as a personal adviser in all key segments of the prime residential market. His expertise extends to Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai and Emirates Hills, where he started operating as early as 2004 as a sales manager with Milford Real Estate. In 2009, he quickly rose through the ranks and became a sales director at Ocean View Real Estate, refining both his niche and bespoke technique as well as his client portfolio of international buyers from GCC, Europe and Asia.
At Dubai’s Sotheby’s International Realty, Younes is proactively involved with the agency’s global cross-border investors and advises on their wealth funds, monitoring market trends, risk management and investment strategies to counsel on the best opportunities for clients’ assets. He also specialises in super prime villas, penthouses and plots in Palm Jumeirah, Downtown and Business Bay, combining a personalised and holistic approach to ensure buyers’ goals are aligned with an investment context conducive to most favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
His passion for real estate is unmistakable in every encounter and interaction with his global connections, which has contributed to multiple cross-business referrals. For Younes, client outcome is key factor in every decision. His reputation as a trusted adviser, combined with his ability to find viable solutions, has also helped him establish a niche market in London’s residential and commercial sectors, with an impressive network to match.
Younes was raised in Beirut, a city shaped by complexity and resilience, which deeply influenced his outlook and sense of purpose throughout his formative years. Moving to Dubai in the 1990s and joining real estate was life-changing for him, a move that was guided and inspired by the words of Nelson Mandela: “I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul.” – a motto that still resonates today. Outside the realm of leading complex property transactions, Younes likes to begin his day listening to business podcasts, and weekends often find him on the tennis court or enjoying a round of golf.
