A glass and concrete facade with a semicircular opening pursues a visual continuity between the interior and the ocean, while the subtle dance of light and shadow creates a dynamic sequence from the grand entrance all the way throughout each residence. 

The impressive entrance creates a wonderful first impression, offering guests breathtaking sea views from many angles. Inside the building, the interplay of light and shadow enhances several chic design elements, such as the gracefully arching structure and many water features and pools.

Set for completion in 2026, Armani Beach Residences will feature a collection of two to five-bedroom homes along with presidential suites and penthouses.
