Two of the world’s most renowned cultural figures, Giorgio Armani and Tadao Ando were brought together by master developer Arada for the first time to collaborate on a residential offering unique within its niche. The partnership with designer Giorgio Armani celebrates the fusion between nature, architecture, the surrounding seascape, and the senses, delivering a project with spectacular places to live in.

Dubai is booming with ultra-luxe, branded residences driving the trend to new heights, with more luxury branded residences than anywhere else in the world.
But real estate of this level cannot be just a nice branded building. Branded homes require complex operational strategies similar to resort living and need to be backed by a strong brand that guarantees the highest level of service and value. This is precisely what Armani Beach Residences does.
Outstanding Design and Architecture
“To create something truly exceptional, you must focus relentlessly on the smallest detail”, remarked Giorgio Armani upon embarking on this new venture. In an equally beautiful statement, Tadao Ando’s words resonate just as well: “To create a space that nobody has experienced before, and which stays with them as a dream for the future – that’s the kind of architecture I seek to create”
The two artists joined efforts to bring the project to life with flawless execution. In collaboration with Arada developers, the 8,361-square-metre building will host 53 homes.
Prize-winning architect Ando was keen to establish a connection with the sea where all the residences feature large glazed areas with expansive outward views and curved terraces adjacent to the private beach, overlooking the ground floor pool. A glass and concrete facade with a semicircular opening pursues a visual continuity between the interior and the ocean, while the subtle dance of light and shadow creates a dynamic sequence from the grand entrance all the way throughout each residence.
The impressive entrance creates a wonderful first impression, offering guests breathtaking sea views from many angles. Inside the building, the interplay of light and shadow enhances several chic design elements, such as the gracefully arching structure and many water features and pools.
Set for completion in 2026, Armani Beach Residences will feature a collection of two to five-bedroom homes along with presidential suites and penthouses.
