Mr. C Residences – Branded with The Cipriani Quality Seal

Mr. C Residences Jumeirah is the result of a visionary labour of love between ALTA Real Estate Development and Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani. The 27 luxury residences planned along the Dubai Canal in the upscale Jumeirah 2 neighbourhood offer residents a modern boutique luxury residential living experience complemented by extras such as a personal chef, butler, chauffeur, and concierge services.

Brothers Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani, members of the fourth generation of the Cipriani family, 

have drawn inspiration from their rich family heritage when bringing Mr. C to life. The brand is defined by luxury hospitality and modern living. The Cipriani family are well-known for their chain of restaurants and signature residential buildings worldwide, bringing timeless Italian spirit and style to an elite audience.

The project's architect, Bernardo Fort Brescia, found inspiration in the natural forms of desert dunes and ocean waves, crafting a striking design that fully integrates with the Italian elegance that defines the Mr. C brand. The mid-rise structure is designed by Arquitectonica and reveals rounded and undulating wave-like shapes, that are in complete synergy with the waterfront location. Transparent railings and expansive glass walls overlook the Arabian Gulf.
