Peninsula by Dubai-based developer Select Group is home to a master mixed-use development comprising residential spaces, commercial offices, retail outlets, leisure facilities, and hospitality services. The anticipated total built-up area is estimated at 5.5 million square feet.

As a master planning process Peninsula is a vertical development, conceived to accommodate extensive open spaces, parks, sports facilities, skate parks, and children’s play areas, as well as diverse retail and F&B options. Positioned in the heart of Business Bay and Downtown District, Peninsula is rapidly growing into a central hub for urban waterfront living in one of Dubai's most premium areas. The project is currently underway, unfolding in various phases since taking off in 2021. It has been master planned across nine distinctive developments with an estimated completion date in 2028. From soaring high-rise towers to lavish low-rise waterfront villas and simplexes, Peninsula is surrounded by the Dubai Canal on three sides, recreating a tranquil oasis within a unique setting, and standing out as a remarkable addition to the stunning Downtown Skyline. Peninsula One by Select Group is the first phase to break ground in the stunning off-plan master development in Business Bay. The initial phase including Peninsula One and Peninsula Two, will also be home to Select Group’s corporate headquarters.
