The structure reveals 81-storey architectural marvels, inspired by French elegance and contemporary flair. The uppermost levels of the opulent Uptown Tower are exclusively reserved for residents of SO/ Uptown Dubai, featuring a curated collection of only 227 private residences, ranging from one to two-bedroom homes, each accompanied by breathtaking views.

The five-star urban resort showcases avant-garde design, art, and fashion, beautifully blended inside the 1,115-foot-high Uptown Tower. Uptown Dubai's inaugural super-tall Tower promises to be a landmark on the Dubai skyline with outstanding contemporary design brought to life by Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill Architecture. Adrian Smith is an internationally acclaimed architect renowned for designing the Burj Khalifa. Inside, towering geometric pillars adorned with lush scenes of nature and lenticular origami birds create an ever-changing landscape, in stark contrast to the shiny exterior of the hotel.

Residences

The residences will range from 736 sq. ft. one-bedroom units to spacious 2043 sq. ft. Designed in partnership with the architecture studio Woods Bagot, SO/Uptown Dubai embraces a dynamic design concept, incorporating a kaleidoscopic experience in the lobby and weaving contemporary, geometric elements throughout the property.

The hotel's 188 guestrooms and suites showcase an opulent and fashion-forward aesthetic, highlighted by marble-clad bathrooms, luxurious fabrics, and dark wood finishes. This lavish atmosphere is further enhanced by bursts of vivid colours and bold graphics. The residences are complemented by high ceilings and a spectacle of panoramic views. There is something very Alice in Wonderland about the whimsical corridors that lead to the hotel’s suites and residences.

Crisp, white-panelled walls create a striking contrast with monochrome diamond-patterned carpets. Each door is uniquely accented, with half of it painted in a bold stroke of metallic gold, mirroring the design seen on the geometric statues that line the hallways. Beyond the golden doors lies a completely different atmosphere. Once inside, the room's design features are notably more understated but equally captivating. Dark wooden floors harmonise with panelled wooden walls that echo the geometric lines seen elsewhere in the building. Additionally, gold-flecked wallpaper extends the opulent allure observed from the outside.

The bedrooms are perfectly positioned to face a large window that showcases stunning views of Jumeirah Islands on one side and the Marina skyline on the other. Additionally, the bathrooms present a free-standing bathtub positioned in front of another floor-to-ceiling window. All bathrooms are generously sized and boast elegant finishes like polished black and white marble, equipped with Lanvin Paris toiletries. Inside the room, calming teal accents create a soothing atmosphere, and cosy corner sofas with mismatched patchwork designs offer another comfortable spot to take in the spectacular views.
