Sprawling a vast 84,300 square metres, the building is a testament to architectural innovation. The design embodies the fusion of two distinct towers seamlessly merging into a single entity – a striking cubic structure. Within this cube, a deliberate erosion at its core creates a free-flowing void, a key element of the design in its own right. Bridging the two halves of the building is a four-storey atrium at ground level, complemented by an asymmetric, three-storey bridge stretching 38 metres wide and rising 71 meters above the ground.

The Opus captivates with its precise, orthogonal geometries showcased in the elemental glass cube, standing in stark contrast to the organic flow of the eight-story void nestled within.
The facade of the void measures 6,000 square meters and showcases 4,300 individual units of flat, single-curved, or double-curved glass.

Opus Residences – Where Luxury and Vision Converge

The Opus home embodies the art of living space, infusing the interiors with luxury, style, service, and privacy, for a “home-away-from-home” feel.
The apartments are located on the upper levels giving way to stunning panoramic views of the Downtown skyline and revealing impeccable design punctuated by elegance and a sense of fluidity.
