Inspired by Mediterranean travel, 30 McLeods Road is the realisation of an extraordinary vision. Designed by architect Philip Kennedy and originally commissioned by a Christchurch builder with a passion for architectural form, the residence evolved over many years into one of Canterbury's most distinctive homes. A scale model of the original design, still held at the property, remains a lasting reminder of the ambition behind the project.
