The house is spread over several floors and has four en-suite bedrooms, an office, a spacious living room with balconies, a separate kitchen, a dining room with views, a garage for one vehicle, and, on the top floor, a covered kitchen with access to the terrace.

On the ground floor is the garage, currently used as an entrance hall, along with the main staircase, the kitchen, a toilet, and a large dining room with a central table and bar area. Below the stairs, there is access to an underground cellar.
