Completed in 1980 and designed by a respected architect of the period, the house draws on Mediterranean and northern European influences, with pitched roofs, deep covered verandas, arched openings, stone detailing, and solid timber elements creating a strong architectural identity throughout. The materials have been used with consistency and restraint, giving the interiors warmth and permanence rather than formality.
