Lovely country house with pool in Melizzano

In the charming countryside of Melizzano, in the center of ''Sannio'', land of great wines and historic villages, a short distance from the lake of Telese, the beautiful Cerreto Sannita and the regenerating Aquapetra Spa we find this lovely country house. A driveway splits the upstream area with a pleasant solarium area and the pool from the downstream area where the country house welcomes us with an outdoor living area. A pleasant porch with an elegant veranda acts as a filter to the large living room with fireplace that overlooks the valley and the countryside. A bathroom and a kitchenette complete the floor, offering the possibility of dedicating the entire level to guests as independent accommodation. From the external paths we reach the garden level with large outdoor areas, here we currently find two large rooms with a fireplace, each with its own bathroom and its own hallway area. The regularity of the floor plan would allow for an independent apartment with one or two bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
