Set above the coastline near Sivota, Lithea is arranged as a collection of interconnected volumes that follow the natural contours of the landscape while maintaining uninterrupted views across the Ionian Sea. The architecture combines clean contemporary forms with natural materials, allowing the residence to sit comfortably within its surroundings rather than apart from them. White-rendered surfaces, local stone and timber detailing create a restrained palette that responds naturally to the character of the coastline and the olive-covered hillsides beyond.
