The main villa features five bedrooms, including two suites, a spacious 60 m² living room with two inset fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, a small staff room with a bathroom, and a guest toilet. The first pavilion includes an open-plan kitchen overlooking a living room with a wood stove, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a terrace offering views of the pool and the Atlas Mountains.​ The second pavilion consists of two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each equipped with a wood stove, as well as a terrace overlooking the pool and providing a panoramic view of the Atlas.​ The beautifully maintained garden is adorned with various fruit and citrus trees, along with a vegetable garden. The 12 m x 6 m swimming pool is ideally located in the center of the property, facing the villa’s main terrace.​ Built with a reinforced concrete structure and 50 cm thick pisé walls, the villa benefits from optimal insulation, including cork insulation for the roof. The high-quality air conditioning is centralized and ducted in the main villa, while the pavilions are equipped with individual split systems. Thanks to its 24 solar panels installed on the parking roof (which accommodates up to three cars).​ All windows and doors are fitted with argon gas double glazing, ensuring excellent thermal insulation.
