Located on a one-hectare plot, twenty-five minutes south of Marrakech, this Moroccan-style house is made out of two buildings around a heated swimming pool. The main house comprises three floors, the basement with the storeroom serving as technical space and storage. The ground floor is built around a large patio that serves as one of the reception rooms. The ground floor also houses the kitchen and a bedroom with its bathroom.The first floor has six bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The second residential building, on the other side of the pool and at the back of the main house, offers plenty of reception and wellness areas. There is also a large office that can be converted into a bedroom as well as two bedrooms with their bathrooms. All rooms of the property are air-conditioned, but thanks to the opening of some windows of the main building, the large patio rarely requires any air conditioning. Other: employee housing, a well, and reversible air conditioning. The Ourika road leaves Marrakech to the south towards the lush Ourika valley and the Oukameiden winter sports resort.
