The house draws on elements of Andros’ architectural heritage while expressing them through a contemporary vocabulary of clean lines, natural materials and carefully balanced proportions. Pale rendered volumes, local stonework and shaded transitional spaces create a composition that feels rooted in its setting, while the arrangement of the buildings responds directly to the terrain, orientation and prevailing winds.
