Kefi is positioned within the hillside landscape of Tinos, where stone-built settlements, terraced terrain and open views across the Aegean define the character of the island. Part of a carefully conceived residential enclave, the property draws from the architectural traditions of Tinos while introducing a more contemporary sense of space, light and comfort. Built predominantly from local stone and designed to follow the natural contours of the site, the residence feels rooted in its surroundings, responding naturally to the landscape rather than standing apart from it.
