At the heart of the estate sits a celebrated vineyard and restaurant, already established as one of Waiheke’s most loved destinations. Guests gather for long lunches among the vines, weddings unfold against sweeping rural backdrops, and the land produces wine, olive oil and seasonal produce that reflect the character of the site. The Mediterranean philosophy of living close to the land feels natural here — growing, harvesting, cooking and sharing all part of the same story.

Complementing the hospitality operation is a welcoming residential component. At the centre stands a Tuscan country-style villa with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, reflecting the relaxed warmth and rustic elegance of the setting. Outdoors, a 6 × 12 metre swimming pool and spa overlook the surrounding landscape — a private retreat to unwind after vineyard days or gather with friends beneath the Waiheke sun.

More recently, a beautifully designed guest suite has been created above La Locanda Bistro. This fully self-contained residence includes a generous office, double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. It connects to the main villa through the winery itself, where an elevated internal bridge crosses above the winemaking area — a striking architectural moment suspended above vats and barrels, reminding visitors how closely life and craft are intertwined.

Beyond the existing buildings, further possibilities unfold across the land. At the upper reaches of the property lies a designated building platform with elevated views stretching across the sea toward Awaawaroa Bay. Plans have been prepared for additional visitor facilities carefully positioned within the landscape, offering potential to expand the hospitality experience. The estate also features an existing helipad, allowing direct access to Auckland in approximately ten minutes — a rare convenience that enhances both lifestyle and business potential.
