The pub has been sensitively restored, reinstating the traditional horseshoe bar layout on the ground floor. The dining room below has been refurbished using reclaimed materials, including Victorian roof tiles, which now form the distinctive wall panelling. The result is an atmospheric space that balances heritage features with a contemporary feel.

 

Above the pub, the upper floors have been reconfigured to create five light, cohesive apartments. Once divided into multiple smaller units, the building now has a clear, practical layout with well-proportioned rooms and a calm, modern aesthetic. Swedish hardwood flooring runs throughout, complementing the generous ceiling heights, original cornicing and full-height sash windows with shutters.

 

Many of the reception rooms span the width of the building, drawing in natural light from multiple aspects. Fireplaces serve as focal points, while streamlined kitchens sit neatly within open-plan living spaces. Bedrooms are quietly positioned and finished in a pared-back palette, with thoughtful lighting and good storage.
