From Grégoire Berger of Ossiano to Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio, and from Roberto Torre of L’Atelier Robuchon to Kelvin Cheung of Jun’s, the roster reads like a who's who of Dubai's culinary scene. These legends will come together to present an 11-course roaming tasting menu, showcasing their signature dishes and pushing the boundaries of gastronomy.
