Dubai Creek is an essential part of Dubai’s history and was at the heart of the city’s commercial activity in its early days. Back then, the vibrant metropolis we know today was a pearl diving village heavily involved in maritime trade with the Creek serving as a key port.

We present a magnificent stately home to be renovated, located in the heart of the historic center of Ciutadella, on one of the city's most emblematic streets.
It has belonged to the Oleo family since the late 19th century, when Francesc Oleo Faner inherited it from his great-uncle, the French consul Faner Rosas, who died without descendants.
The house still retains furniture from the Menorcan polymath and notable son of Ciutadella, Josep Maria Quadrado, whose name is given to the street, and who was the godfather of the current owners' grandfather.

Located in the old town of Ciutadella, it used to extend to the corner with Seminario Street, but in the 20th century, it was divided into two properties. It offers a privileged view during the Sant Joan festivities and has been an active part of the celebration for many years, hosting horses at its entrance during the caracol de ses Voltes. It offers a journey to the past with its authenticity and charm.

The 495 m² property is distributed over the first floor, second floor, and a rooftop terrace. On the first floor, it has several living rooms around a central staircase and a kitchen with access to a terrace. On the second floor are the rest of the rooms and a living room with access to another terrace with views of the city center.
Ideal for those looking for a home with character and a cultural legacy in the heart of Ciutadella.

Unique Opportunity to Acquire a Property Full of History in Menorca

Located in Arenal d’en Castell, this beachfront duplex offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy a home on the north coast of Menorca with open views of the Mediterranean and interesting potential for updates.

Spread over two floors, the property features two double bedrooms, one master and the other equipped with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet. The spacious and bright living-dining room connects directly to a sunny terrace from which panoramic sea views can be enjoyed. The independent kitchen also offers the possibility of being integrated into the social space through a future renovation, adapting the home to a more open and modern concept.

The property is part of a residential complex with a communal pool and landscaped areas, providing a pleasant environment for relaxation. Its location, layout, and renovation possibilities make it an attractive option both as a secondary residence and for enjoying holiday stays in Menorca.

Arenal d’en Castell is located in the municipality of Es Mercadal, in the north of Menorca, and is known for its spectacular semicircular bay and its extensive beach of fine sand and calm waters. The area combines the island’s characteristic natural environment with a wide range of services, restaurants, and nautical activities. Additionally, it allows easy access to hiking trails and other points of interest in northern Menorca, while Mahón and the airport are approximately 20 minutes away by car.
