Golf Views Seven City – Jumeirah Lake Towers Seven Tides International

Initially called Seven City JLT, Dubai Developer Seven Tides has renamed its billion dirham project in Jumeirah Lakes Towers to Golf Views Seven City, in reference to the complex’ glorious views overlooking the Faldo and Majlis golf courses and clubhouse.

Introduced in 2018, Golf Views Seven City represents Seven Tides’ first venture into mixed-use development, marking their largest project to date. Scheduled for completion in 2025, this development covers a vast total built-up area of 3.5 million square feet. It is located at Cluster Z in Jumeirah Lakes Towers and stands opposite the Montgomery and Emirates golf courses as well as the Emirates Hills community.

Developer Seven Tides has enlisted Dhabi Contracting, a UAE-based company, as the primary contractor tasked with completing the Golf Views Seven City JLT project. Dhabi Contracting is well regarded for its innovative use of cutting-edge technologies across various stages of project development, including conception, design, planning, scheduling, and execution.

Golf Views Seven City is conceived to offer comprehensive amenities, including retail options, entertainment venues, food and beverage outlets, as well as a gym and health club. Even when stepping outside of their homes, residents will still be immersed in the vibrant urban atmosphere, with the excitement and dynamic energy of the complex right on their doorstep.
