Four Seasons Restaurants

Four Seasons Hotel DIFC

This stylish boutique hotel nestled in Dubai’s financial district offers a blend of restaurants and lounges, ideal for intimate evenings with family and friends.

Kigo

Refined Japanese hospitality is on display at ‘Kigo’, aptly named after the Japanese word for ‘season’. With two distinct dining styles – intimate sushi omakase and a seasonal kaiseki course menu – every detail has been meticulously crafted to mirror a traditional Japanese experience.

Head chef Akinori Tanigawa aims to honour Japanese seasonality through plates that are refined, balanced and deeply personal, while also hoping to craft dishes which present not just flavour, but “a sense of story and transience”, as he puts it.

Signature dishes such as Ryoko, Hassun and Sakizuke (seasonal appetisers) highlight the traditional use of seafood in Japanese cuisine, while contemporary preparations and inventive flavours showcase Tanigawa’s interpretation of classic techniques.

Penrose Lounge

A chic retreat outfitted with bookshelves, sofas and armchairs, Penrose Lounge does its best at mimicking one's living room, and as such, functions as one of the more comfortable offerings of all the Four Seasons restaurants.

The ideal location to enjoy a cosy afternoon tea, an evening cocktail or a light meal, the establishment boasts a sharing menu with refined options such as Beef Tartare, Prawn Avocado and Quinoa Salad, while a range of entrees complement a limited Classics menu.

While not a restaurant in the strictest sense, Penrose Lounge still affords guests an enjoyable dining experience.

Mina Brasserie

A Michelin-recommended restaurant in conjunction with award-winning chef Michael Mina, Mina Brasserie offers a curated selection of hearty European-style dishes, with a focus on French cuisine.

An expansive à la carte menu features classics like the 200g Fullblood Kobe Tenderloin, while a three-course business lunch is a further highlight. A Rosé Lunch Menu is available on Fridays, weekends and holidays, in addition to an exquisite wine pairing menu which leaves guests savouring a perfectly balanced journey of aromas and flavours.

Born in Beirut, Executive Chef Rami Nasser has spoken of his love for food preparation, admitting that his inspiration, like music, comes from many different genres.
