One Za'abeel is a masterpiece of futuristic design. This mixed-use development features luxury residences, office spaces, high-end retail outlets, and outstanding fine dining experiences. Aelia

Cuisine: French 

On the 25th level, Aelia's culinary inspiration is drawn from the rich flavours of the French Riviera. The restaurant's menu features Mediterranean seafood, freshly baked bread, and expertly prepared teas and coffees, making it a popular choice for those who enjoy Southern French cuisine. Guests can select from four different dining options, including the main restaurant, a bar, a tea lounge, and a deli, which are suitable for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and casual tea breaks.

 

Arrazuna

Cuisine: Turkish-Middle Eastern

Arrazuna, on the 24th floor, highlights the rich and flavourful cuisine of Turkey, the Levant, and the Arabian Peninsula. Led by Michelin-starred Chef Mehmet Gürs, Arrazuna features eight live kitchens, where each dish is prepared right in front of your eyes and served fresh. Additionally, the restaurant includes a “food hall” that sells gourmet ingredients, allowing customers to recreate delicious Turkish-Middle Eastern cuisine at home.

 

DuangDy

Cuisine: Thai

DuangDy, located on the 24th level, redefines Thai cuisine using environmentally friendly ingredients. Founded by Dylan Jones and Bo Songvisava of Bangkok's famed Bo.Lan restaurant, DuangDy serves authentic Thai dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant received the Michelin Special Service Award shortly after opening, certifying its superb service and eco-friendly culinary brilliance. Sagetsu

Sagetsu by Tetsuya Wakuda, on the 24th level, combines traditional Japanese cuisine with French culinary techniques. Sagetsu, led by the Michelin-starred chef of Waku Ghin in Singapore, serves seasonal dishes with a focus on fresh ingredients.
