Apartment projects developed by Ellington are known for their understated sense of design, elegant modern interiors, and a community-focused lifestyle that is evident in how the amenities are laid out. Orla is one of the latest projects by Omniyat, the developer behind the popular One at Palm Jumeirah, and Lana the Dorchester Collection. Projects developed by Omniyat have a distinctively contemporary design, incorporating sharp angles and gentle curves to craft uniquely appealing silhouettes. Orla is no different, putting its own remarkable spin on indoor-outdoor living that creates a seamless connection between home and seafront.
The project will contain 85 apartments, as well as a limited number of exclusive unit types – three Sky Palaces and one Mansion.
