Projects developed by Omniyat have a distinctively contemporary design, incorporating sharp angles and gentle curves to craft uniquely appealing silhouettes. Orla is no different, putting its own remarkable spin on indoor-outdoor living that creates a seamless connection between home and seafront.

The project will contain 85 apartments, as well as a limited number of exclusive unit types – three Sky Palaces and one Mansion.
