A Senior Global Property Consultant at Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, Julia specialises in high-end residential real estate, including both off-plan and secondary market properties, having been operating in the industry since 2005. Her primary objective is to market homes that are not only aesthetically appealing but also demonstrate exceptional returns and uncompromising quality. Fluent in Russian, English, and French, Julia has developed an intuitive understanding of clients' expectations and aspirations regarding sourcing ideal homes for them.

She previously worked for a Moscow-based company specialising in commercial development across major Russian cities, during which she delved into real estate management. She also served as the Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing for a hotel corporation. Her extensive experience in asset development, sales, and management naturally led her to pursue prime property markets on a global scale. 

In 2014, Julia was featured in Sotheby’s International Realty for her unique work strategy and insights into the Dubai real estate market and in 2022, she achieved the second-highest total sales volume with Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty. Her prior management roles contributed to her accomplishments, fostering organisational, diplomatic, and strategic thinking skills. 

Julia takes an individualised approach when working with clients. She recognises the importance of actively listening to their needs, rather than imposing her own ideas. This empathetic and responsible approach has enabled her to establish and maintain trusted business relationships, resulting in successful investments for both parties. 

Off the real estate stage, Julia channels her creativity by crafting handmade jewellery and travelling the world.
