With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from Georgia State University in the USA, along with specialised studies in Financial Mergers & Acquisitions at Sorbonne University in Paris, Asiya cultivated a profound understanding of both financial markets and real estate investment.
Asiya launched her career in finance in the United States, having worked with some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch/Bank of America. In 2012, she transitioned into real estate and became one of the top-producing realtors at Sotheby’s International Realty in Atlanta. Her focus on luxury condominiums, and penthouses earned her a stellar reputation for service excellence.
At Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, her global expertise allows her to anticipate the nuanced needs of a diverse clientele and offer premium one-to-one service. Asiya takes the responsibility to protect her clients' interests very seriously and considers the trust and referral business received from them among her greatest accomplishments.
Asiya continues to invest herself in people which is highly evidenced not only by her career progression in real estate but also the extent to which she committed to charity work. She has raised substantial funds for the Alzheimer’s Association GA USA as part of Dancing Stars of Atlanta and championed charity for EDIN (Eating Disorder Information Network) through the Celebrity Dance Challenge.
A particular passion for Asiya outside the realm of real estate is Ballroom Dance. She was a five-time champion in Northwest Russia and proud owner of a successful dance studio in the US, with a YouTube channel of 500k subscribers.
